Checks, Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Cards

For your convenience, we accept full payment at the time of service via cash, check, money order, debit card or credit card payment.

Financing

For those who would prefer an extended payment plan, we can arrange low- and no-interest loans through CareCredit® or LendingClub® .

Payment & Insurance

If you have dental insurance, we will happily help you process your claim. Dr. Primm is in network with the PPO plans of Aetna, Anthem, Assurant, BCBS, BCBS FEP BLUE, CENTRAL STATES – Team care, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Guardian, Humana PPO, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Principal Life, Sunlife financial, UMR, United Healthcare, Always Assist, Unum, Colonial Life, Always Care, Starmount Dental.

In addition to PPO plans, we are able to accept the DMO plans of Cigna Health Springs.
