Meet Our Team

Shannon handles Dr. Primm’s procedure schedule and communicates with our referring doctors to ensure quality care. She is committed to helping each patient understand their treatment and guiding them through each step along the way. Shannon was born and raised in southwest Florida and moved to the Nashville area in 2020. In her free time, when she is not attending University, she loves to spend time with her children and Dalmatian puppy.

Lisa began her dental career in 2009 as a dental assistant before transitioning into the front office position. She moved to the Nashville area in August 2019 from Atlanta, Georgia. Lisa has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. When not at work, she enjoys being outdoors and watching the Georgia Bulldogs play football.

Originally from Collierville, Tennessee, Leslie began her dental career in 2008 after attending Remington College in Nashville. She joined our team in 2014 and is certified in radiology, nitrous oxide, coronal polishing, CPR and AED. Leslie loves Nashville and country music. She attends Fellowship Bible Church and enjoys reading and movies in her spare time. Leslie has one son who lives in Texas and three granddaughters she loves spending time with.

Kathy has over 20 years of experience in the dental field and joined our team in 2010. She is a registered dental assistant, certified in CPR and AED. With her wonderful patient care, she has quickly become a vital part of our practice. Kathy served our country in the Navy for five years and completed two deployments during Desert Storm. We’re honored to have her as a part of our team and look forward to our patients experiencing her high quality of care for many years to come.

Kelli has over 20 years of patient care experience. She taught periodontology and was a clinical instructor in the hygiene program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. After obtaining her microbiology degree, Kelli received a dental hygiene degree as well as a masters’ in dental hygiene education. Kelli handles Dr. Primm’s procedure schedule and works with referring doctors to ensure quality patient care. Kelli and her husband have three children and she enjoys spending time with them when out of the office.

Carrie received her dental hygiene degree from Perimeter College at Georgia State University in 2008. She works clinically with our patients to achieve their best oral health possible. Her favorite part of her job is getting to know her patients because they become a part of her extended family. Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys traveling, trying ethnic food and playing board games. She has been studying the Russian language for 15 years!
